I've been a musician, a creative entrepreneur, a talent scout and a connector — thirty-five years inside the creative sector. I've seen what Amsterdam can produce. And I've seen what it loses.
Because here's the truth: talent alone is not enough. I've watched exceptional artists give up — not because they weren't good enough, but because they ran out of time, money or the right people around them. That never sat right with me.
So this is what I do now. I walk the city — venues, expos, tattoo shops, street corners — and I find the artists who deserve to be seen. I tell their stories on film. And together with this community, we're going to give a few of them something rare: a real shot.
